GAME INFORMER MORTAL KOMBAT DEADLY ALLIANCE COVER ART Wednesday, February 27, 2002 - 11:02PM EST
 Game Informer sent the guys at TRMK a copy of the cover art from their April 2002 issue that features MK Deadly Alliance. The feature will include details on new and returning characters plus artwork, storyline, weapons in action, and info on the new fighting styles. DETAILS OF MK DEADLY ALLIANCE GAMEPLAY SYSTEM Tuesday, February 26, 2002 - 11:34PM EST
 The guys at TRMK have some exclusive details regarding the new "multiple movesets" system in MK Deadly Alliance. Reportedly, the movesets will be classified into three different orientations: Offensive, Defensive and Weapons Based, with the ability to switch from one moveset to another during gameplay, even during combos. This system is the calling card for the new game, which is one more revolutionary gameplay addition to the MK repertoir.

 The Official Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance Web Site by Midway now has the MK Deadly Alliance Teaser video available for download. They have several formats, including some streaming downloads as well as straight downloads. Some of them are quite large so the streaming videos might be the way to go. More information should be available on the new game soon.
GAME INFORMER TO RUN MK DEADLY ALLIANCE COVER STORY Monday, February 25, 2002 - 10:30PM EST
 According to TRMK, it appears that Game Informer magazine has picked up the cover story that EGM recently dropped and will feature Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance on the cover of their April 2002 edition. According to their reports, the article will feature the new gameplay, new character artwork, the weapons in action, possibly reveal portions of the storyline plus it may have an interview with Ed Boon to discuss the violence in the game.
NEW MORTAL KOMBAT FAN FICTION SECTION ADDED Sunday, February 24, 2002 - 5:19PM EST
 We have now added a Mortal Kombat Fan Fiction section to Earthrealm MK. In this section, you can add your own original Mortal Kombat fan fiction. You can set up your story so only you can edit it or you can give others the ability to add to your story. You can post it all at once or in chapter installations, it is up to you. You must register to post your MK fiction. Follow the rules.

 The Official Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance web site by Midway Games debuted a few days ago. The site is nicely layed out and contains some good game info. The information and media contained within the site include wallpapers, screensavers and game information. They also plan to have video clips and more soon. Check out the site and keep watching it for updates.

 In case you have not noticed, we have started adding more sections to the site over the past day or so. We started a section for MK Deadly Alliance as well as MK Special Forces. MORTAL KOMBAT DEADLY ALLIANCE COMING THIS FALL Friday, February 22, 2002 - 12:00AM EST
 Recently, Midway made an official announcement regarding the 5th installment in the MK series. Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance, as it is being called, will be making its debut on the next generation home systems in the fall of 2002. The confirmed systems are Playstation 2, Gamecube and Xbox. More information should be released about the new Mortal Kombat game soon!
