Greeting to you Mr.Shang Tyson & all of your warriors!
PLease allow me the pleasure of introducing myself. The Name is: Manacle! and I have come with all of my generals and hope that there will be time enough for my generals and I to talk about many things.
First: Let me be the one to say: How Honoured am I that you invited me to come to your tournament.
Second: I desire very much that my generals as well my Race of people are welcomed to either Participate or compete in your tournament and have every opportunity to watch or fight.
Third: My sincerest hope is none of you fighters interfere with my warriors Training or exerises.
Finaly: Let me make this absolutly clear: If any your fighter lay so much as a finger on my men there will be severe punishment for all forms of violence and anything that relates to it!
