Ok, I know Liu Kang was the one who beat Shang Tsung, but does that really make him the best? I mean look at Mk Deception, Quan Chi whooped Shang Tsungs ass. So could any of the other warriors have beaten Shang Tsung? And since even Quan Chi could beat Shang Tsung does that really make Liu Kang the mightiest warrior?
Who do you think is the best fighter in Mortal Kombat.
I thnink it's either Johnny Cage, Liu Kang, or Kung Lao. I mean they were the Earth's best warriors and never fought so how would u know which is better?
this is open so u guys can add who u think is best.
AND there are new fighters in the new Mortal Kombat games.
Chapter 2:
SubZero or Scorpion

If I had to toss it up to a choice between Scorpion or SubZero it would have to be SubZero that would be my favorite. As a matter of fact when I first played Mortal Kombat 1, I picked up the controller ad picked the ninja I thought was the coolest, SubZero. I mean, he can make anything out of pure ice andfreeze the air around him to make blasts that can instantly freeze anything, HOW COOL IS THAT!! That's all I have to say. Twicky out!

Johnny Cage

and another point i want to add is that in the beginning of deadly alliance Liu Kang just beats the hell out of Shang Tsung and Shang Tsung doesnt even hit him or anything until Quan Chi helped. but the other Earthrealm fighter looked like they could have matched Liu Kang's skill.
personally I think Johnny Cage is my favorite because he isnt a fuckin monk, or sorcerer,or ninja, he is a fuckin AMERICAN movie star and probably hasnt been training his entire life. Also alot of people say i look like him lol. I think he is the perfect example that u dont need to train every hour of every day to be a good martial artist and u dont have to be a monk u can be a normal everyday guy.

Hotaru,Scorpion,NightWolf,Sub-Zero, or Kung Lao?

I'm sorry guys I just can't help it! I like Kung Lao, Scorpion, & Hotaru the most! I really liked Kung Lao in Mortal Kombat 2,3, & trilogy but then I liked Scorpion in Deadly Allience, & Deception too. Well in Deception I really liked Hotaru because hey he has my favorite fighting style Pi Qua. Now I did at a point like Sub-Zero but he kinda can't top Scorpion. NOw NightWolf was the most kick ass indian ever in mortal kombat 3 & deception. Oh yeah & Ermac, he is so cool too but he didn't make my like list because he...aww what the hell I'll add him. In this order: Kung Lao, Scorpion, Hotaru, & Ermac are my favorite mortal kombat characters BITCHES!!!!!!!!!

Kung Lao

Yeah Kung Lao was a fuckin sweet character him and Johnny Cage are my favorites but Liu Kang was really cool too but he is the main character so they kinda make him cheap.And i didnt like that they gave Kung Lao the mantis style in deadly alliance. but i really liked Johnny Cage's karate style because it is kind of similar to the style i practice except for the stance and some of the obviously exaggerated moves such as the backflip kick.

umm....it depends on which mortal kombat game,most of em scorpion and reptile,in MKSM its sub-zero,in mortal kombat unchained it was frost,and,my favorite characters are chameleon,meat,blaze,reptile,scorpion,sub-zero and my person who i like the most in MK:A,is my KAF Klash

LIU KANG. He is the MK champ. He didn;t just beat Shang Tsung. Shao Khan and Shinnok. Yeah and he beat many others: Reptile, Sub-Zero, Scorpion....GORO! Besides he has the KOOLEST moves. The flying Kick (very powerful), the Fire Balls(Very fast), the Bycicle Kicks(my favorite fast and Deadly)....he can Transform into a DRAGON..HOW KOOL IS THAT! I think he is one of the BEST WARRIORS...even as a Zombie.
KUNG LAO. Ah yeah, Kung Lao and his Bladed hat can be UNSTOPPABLE. He can cut u to shreads without breaking a sweat. He can easily kill u. And like Kang his got the best moves and the fatalities, like the Buzzaw( OUCH!) and the RABBIT( very funny)!
SUB-ZERO. The Ice maker! He is really "COOL"! ( I just made a joke) he freez u and tear u appart. His Kori Blade is AWSOME.
SCORPION. This guy is deadly. He's powerful, he's angry, he's a Spcter. And that Spear Move IS THE BEST MOVE IN MK "GET OVER HERE!!!!!". He will turn ure life into FLAMES. He's all biusness.
Personnaly....these Warriors are the top 4!!

lui kang is my favorit, but kung lou is prety kick ass and he has a kool hat, johny cage is based off Jean-cloud van dam, who is one of my favorit martal artist and he wont stay dead, raiden is a god, scorpion is already dead as is havic, but sub-zero has been in every game, and jax is awsome. i could go all night, bottom line is that this is a tough one

for me its kenshi or scorpion i love kenshis fatality in deadly alliance were he cracked the opponnents bones with telakineesis and scorpions 1 in deception where he uses his spear to rip thier arms and legs off then breaks thier neck and i think scorpions got a batter hara kiri then kenshi thier moves are FUCKING awsome but for me it has to be scorpion hes just FUCKING BADASS
