Chapter 1:
The Alliance

The two stood there, facing each other. Ashrah and Baraka shook hands. The Tarkatan hordes cheered loudly, as did the demons Ashrah had gathered up. Ashrah turned to face them. "Listen to me very carefully. We have verything. The amulet, the armed forces, the power! And now, we must plan our attack on Earth Realm! But for this to happen, we must show the realms our might!" As the last of the cheering fell away, a cry went up. One of tyhe demons collapsed dead. Standing before them was Ermac. Baraka sneered. "So, this pathetic creature thinks he can conquer us? Bring him up, so I may make an example of him!" But before anyone could do anything, he raced foward and leapt up to mmet them. "You two must fight me. I will save Earthrealm. If I have to die in the process!" Suddenly, he charged. He threw a punch, which Baraka deflected and countered with a swift uppercut. But Ermac hovered there, releasing a blast of energy that ploughed into Baraka and sent him flying. From nowhere, Ashrah appeared, aiming a kick at her foe. His arm shot up, blocking her attack easilly. He proceeded to grab her other fot and throw her off her feet. Baraka suddenly leapt up though, delivering a well aimed kick to the back of his opponents skull. Ermac hit the ground face first, but Baraka seized his neck and thrust him upwards. He screamed as Ashrah sent a beam of light hurtling towards him. He collapsed on his back, moaning wildly. Baraka bent down, grabbing Ermacs neck and leg. Ermac found himself lifted high overhead. Barka rushed foward, and threw his load. Ermac flew, crashing through a wall and hanging off another wall of steel spikes. Baraka turned to tyhem. "This plan must not fail. Now move!"
